The main advantage of this neighborhood is its proximity to the various public transport networks. One of the biggest market of the big LYON takes place 3-4 times a week. A bakery, a pastry shop, a pharmacist and a tobacco shop are at the foot of the residence.

This apartment is composed of an open kitchen with a living room and a sleeping area with 2 bedrooms with double beds. Terrace of 18m2 covered allowing to benefit from outside air even when the weather conditions are not at the rendezvous. The apartment includes a 140cm TV, internet in very high speed (fiber), a kitchen fully equipped and opened on the living room, a bathroom double basin and large cupboards. A washing machine and dryer are also at your disposal. On the night side, the apartment includes: - one bedroom with double bed - one another bedroom with double bed - a very comfortable sofa bed in the living room The accommodation is quietly set back from the street. An outdoor garden is also accessible.

Due to the resurgence of unauthorized parties taking place in the apartment, we charge € 400 for any additional cleaning required (garbage (cans, glasses, etc.), uncleaned dishes, fridge dirty, sticky floors and walls due to drinks fallen, etc.), as well as for any nuisance caused to the neighborhood (a decibel sensor is present in the apartment). Line A is a 7-minute walk away. It is the main line of the TCL network and extends from "Carré de soie" to "Vieux Lyon" via the peninsula. The bus line C3 (biggest TCL bus line) is accessible is at 2 min walk away. It will allow you to go to the Part Dieu Station in 15 minutes. It also makes it possible to reach the peninsula in 25-30 minutes. The tram C3 is accessible in 10-15 minutes on foot and serves "Part-Dieu" and East of Lyon. A Velov station is a 2-minute walk from the residence. The outskirts is a 2-minute drive away. This will allow you to reach the motorway very quickly and avoid the traffic jams inside Villeurbanne-Lyon.
