A parking box is available in the residence, allowing you to securely park your vehicle during your stay. -Check in time : between 4PM and 8PM -Check out time : 11AM /!\ No animals /!\ No smoking in the accommodation /!\ No parties ! Due to the resurgence of unauthorized parties taking place in the apartment, we charge € 400 for any additional cleaning required (garbage (cans, glasses, etc.), uncleaned dishes, fridge dirty, sticky floors and walls due to drinks fallen, etc.), as well as for any nuisance caused to the neighborhood (a decibel sensor is present in the apartment). Nous avons passé un très bon séjour lyonnais, l’appartement était propre, comme neuf, très pratique. Nous étions 8, tout était mis à disposition pour un week-end réussi. L’appartement est bien placé à seulement 2 minutes d’un arrêt de tram de la ligne T3. Il est situé à proximité d’un petit Intermarché accessible à 1 minute à pied. Nous remercions Aude et Jeremy pour leurs échanges toujours clairs, précis et rapides.

Jérémy a été très réactif alors que nous avons réservé tardivement. Il nous a très bien accueilli, l’arrivée est autonome. Le logement était propre, et la communication avec Jérémy était facile ! Nous recommandons !

A estadia no apartamento de Jérémy foi excelente. O apartamento estava limpo, a cozinha bem equipada, foi possível cozinhar durante nossa estadia. Os quartos têm camas confortáveis e cobertas limpas em quantidades suficientes. A localização é ótima, com acesso a qualquer parte da cidade via bonde e ônibus. Viajamos com idosos e crianças e ficamos muito satisfeitos com as instalações do apartamento.

Appartement très bien agencé, très agréable et très calme malgré les travaux du futur tram qui passera devant l'immeuble. Logement très bien situé pour rejoindre Lyon rapidement et proche de nombreux commerces. Le bonus : un box pour garer un véhicule situé au pied de l'appartement et doublement sécurisé.

Nous avons pleinement profité de notre séjour lyonnais. Facile d'accès et proche des transports (Bus, Tram...) pour nous rendre rapidement à la Gare Part-Dieu (Tram) ou en centre-ville et quartier Saint-Jean (Bus)... 3 grandes chambres (2 au calme absolu et 1 côté balcon), idéal pour une virée entre amis (3 couples) avec une salles de bain et des toilettes séparées... Une cuisine et un salon lumineux permet de se poser, dans un environnement calme. Bref... foncez, vous ne le regreterez pas

Logement propre, facile à vivre et doté d'une bonne literie. Il est très bien placé : au pied du tramway et avec des commerces à proximité. Nuits calmes. Nous y avons passé une très bonne semaine à 5 pour découvrir Lyon et sa région. Nous recommandons!

Chez Jules was the perfect place for our family's Lyon Olympic adventure. The apartment was just right for our crew of 6. We were glad it was on the first floor (2nd floor in some countries) and happy to find fans in every room, which helped battle the August heatwave in that part of France. The grocery store around the corner had everything we neeeded. The tram stop was only a hop, skip, and a jump away and gave us easy access to "Downtown" Lyon and the Stadium. Taking the tram 2 stops away from town, made it easier to get "into" town by avoiding a change of trains at the Gare Part Dieu. The street construction in front of the apartment was more substantial than we anticipated, but didn't really effect our ability to enjoy our stay. The parking box in an adjacent building didn't work for us, because our vehicle was too tall, but it's a great perk for folks with smaller cars. We had a great time on our trip and would definitley recommend Jeremy and Aude's place.
